Mark Rober is a former NASA engineer who worked on the Curiosity Rover, which landed on Mars in 2012. After leaving NASA, he joined Apple’s Special Projects Group, where he contributed to the design of virtual reality products.
In 2011, Rober launched his YouTube channel, gaining fame for his creative and educational videos. His most popular content includes glitter bomb traps for porch pirates and the world's largest Nerf gun. His videos often feature complex engineering projects explained in simple, engaging ways.
Rober's work has sparked some controversy. His glitter bomb video drew criticism when it was revealed that some reactions were staged.
